Houses that don’t look like shoeboxes
I feel I will probably ending up developing a new weird hobby: taking pictures of houses that don’t look like shoeboxes. Is there a rule in Luxembourg that every new building and house must be look the same and must be painted in white, gray and black? 🤣

Outages more frequent
Did you guys realize that outages became much more frequent this year? Is it because the attacks are more sophisticated or are we releasing unsafe vibecoded features?

Olux feedback
I'm happy to see an alternative to Facebook Marketplace and hope this platform will be successful! Here are some minor issues I noticed while listing my first item: 1. Price dropdown: Selecting a price will lead to a value that is 100 higher, e.g. selecting €12.00 will show up as €1200. 2. Phone number: It's easy to enter a phone number twice in the dialog that pops up as the button to confirm/close remains active. I couldn't figure out how to remove it. 3. A "this page isn't working" error appeared during the process (if I remember correctly, at the very last step). Refreshing didn't work, but I could go back in the browser and try again. Screenshots are attached.

Can people think without AI?
I don’t know if some managers didn’t think before AI or they just pretended, because nowadays they can’t do anything without asking Claude…

The Witcher 3 Remastered: Switch 2 vs Switch 1
A night-and-day upgrade. Switch 1 ran at dynamic 720p docked and 540p handheld, capped at 30 FPS but often dipping into the 20s. Switch 2 docks at a dynamic 540p–1080p with DLSS, and handheld runs 360p–720p. There's a 40 FPS mode, but it needs a 120Hz display and isn't sustainable, so 30 FPS is the stable choice. Reworked lighting, better textures, new grass shading and less pop-in complete the upgrade. There's no ray tracing, and the install grows to 55.5GB from 39.1GB. Verdict: easily the best way to play it on Nintendo hardware. How to get it (free): It's not automatic, so you download the Switch 2 version separately. • Digital: claim it free from the eShop, using the same region and account you bought the game on. • Physical: update the Switch 1 cartridge, insert it in the Switch 2, launch the game and follow the upgrade prompt. You won't need the cartridge afterwards.
